Until my mid-20s I was afraid of the world, I thought everyone was a sinner who was gonna die in Armageddon 😭. 

I realized the religion I chose to get baptized in wasn't a safe space for me, but I didn't know where to go because I didn't trust myself or anyone outside the religion. I was in limbo.

I was in deep emotional turmoil, all I could do was brace for ripping off the proverbial bandaid. Something 

It started with vocal lessons and pole dance classes (that I signed up for to *prepare* for a Clown Residency – the actual 

 I intuitively selected to help me heal). 

Letting someone hear me sing was the medicine that kickstarted everything. By singing (in front of my voice teacher regularly), I told my body, "Girl, it's okay – we're safe." I didn't know I was recalibrating my nervous system!

The lightness and ease I've cultivated from this work, paired with esoteric study, are why I help others 

 so they too can access their inner self with ease.

I've been diagnosed with PTSD and CPTSD. I come from an emotionally abusive + religious oppressive home life. For the last decade, I've intentionally cleared deep levels of trauma and reconnected with G.U.S. (God/Universe/Source).
